摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a high chromium ferrite-based heat resistant steel excellent in strength, toughness and profitability and furthermore free from copper checking. ;CONSTITUTION: A high chromiun ferrite-based heat resistant steel which is consisting of, by weight, 0.03 to 0.15% C, ≤0.7% Si, 0.1 to 1.5% Mn, 0.05 to 1.0% Ni, 8 to 14% Cr, 0.8 to 3.5% W, 0.1 to 0.3% V, 0.01 to 0.2% Nb, 0.001 to 0.1% N, ≤0.05% Al, 0.4 to 3.5% Cu and the balance iron with inevitable impurities and in which the content of the above Cu and Ni satisfies the relationship of 2.5≤Cu%/Ni%≤4.5 is prepd. The formation of δ-ferrite is suppressed by the addition of W and Cu without using Mo to secure its toughness and strength.
