Post-demodulation adaptor for TDMA signal

The adaptor includes a first comparator (COMP1) which receives a demodulated signal (SD) at a first input and a first threshold value (T1) at a second input (4). A rectangular signal (RE), representative of the digital data, is generated at the output (6). A signal indicating the received level (RSSI) of the demodulated signal is generated and input (12) to a second comparator (COMP2). A second input receives a second threshold signal (T2). A control signal (SC) is produced at the second comparator output (16) which can be inactive (O), or active (1) when the voltage of the indicator signal is greater than the second threshold. The voltage value of the second threshold in response to the active state control signal is stored in memory. The memory is returned to zero when the control signal is in an inactive state. The first threshold voltage value is recovered (C2) in response to the active state of the control signal. The recovery device is halted (S2) when the control signal is inactive.
