The vehicle/aircraft includes the controls adapter which is built on a frame that fits on the floor of the vehicle or aircraft between the seat and the foot pedals. The frame carries mechanical linkages that connect the foot pedals to controls that are placed where they can be operated by hand. The frame is attached to the sliders that support the seat and allow its fore and aft adjustment. A plate carried on the frame where it will be just in front of the seat, supports a column with fore and aft movement that is transmitted to the foot pedal. The plate carries a second, fixed, column which supports the end of a cable that is connected to another foot pedal.
