Rationalised collection of waste from human and animal hospitals

The waste collection has a refrigerated enclosure to store the waste. The collector has an inbuilt weighing machine that can report absolute and relative wts. Access to the enclosure is through a lockable door that is released after entry of identification by the user. The identification is recorded with dating, nature of waste and added wt. Opening of the door automatically starts an integrated unit that creates a vacuum inside the enclosure to prevent contaminated air leaving via the open door. The material used inside the enclosure is fully uncontaminable, and sealed to gas, liquids and vapours. The refrigeration unit can operate from mains supply or the supply available on various transport vehicles.
