METHOD FOR DISPLAYING AND UPDATING BULLETIN BOARD INTERLOCKING WITH DESTINATION SCHEDULE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display correct latest destination information and to execute data updating matching with the condition of a return time by displaying latest destination schedule at every organization and also at a fixed interval with the destination schedule in a bulletin board provided with a display part and an input part. ;SOLUTION: Concerning display, an organization name recorded in an organization name file in the destination bulletin board 101 is transmitted to a server 107, the server 107 retrieves the organization information file 109 based on the transmitted organization name and a desintation information file 108 is extracted based on information of respective users which are recorded in matched organization information so as to be transmitted to the destination bulletin board 101 and displayed in the display part 102 based on the display information file by a destination display board. Concerning the updating of the destination schedule information file 108 in the server, change in the display part and the condition updating of the destination schedule information file provided in the server are executed based on updating data which is inputted from the input part 103 of the destination display board. Thus, the latest destination schedules are displayed at every organization and also at the fixed interval with the destination schedule in the bulletin board, etc., providing the display part and the input part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
