PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a tracking phenomenon and an accident due to this phenomenon, by providing a metal of good conductivity in length of a lateral width or more of an electrode between the electrodes of a connection equipment. SOLUTION: An earth electrode 6 comprising metal foil, metal wire, metal rod, metal plate and a metal net of good onductivity in length of lateral width or more of electrodes 4, 5 is provided between the electrodes 4, 5 of a connection equipment in a power transmission side, an end of this earth electrode is grounded. Dust moisture 2 is accumulated in a contact part between a plug 1 and a receptacle, the current flowing in the electrodes 5, 4 through a carbonized part 3 of the plug 1 by the dust moisture 2 from any of the electrode 4, 5 is carried through the earth electrode 6 to be grounded to the earth.
