PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing assembly and enable soil water to flow smoothly. ;SOLUTION: An invert member 11 has a base body 11, a recessed groove 12 and an offset surface 13. The base body 11 is made of polystyrene and shaped up like a flat block on the bottom. The recessed groove 12 is provided on one plane opposed to the bottom of the base body 11 and dented to a specified depth from the offset surface 13 and provided with a flow inlet 121 on one end side and a flow outlet 122 on the other end side. The flow inlet 121 and the flow outlet 122 are opened to the outer peripheral surface of the base body 11. The offset surface 13 is the areas which exclude one side of the recessed groove 12. A reference point O is assumed to be on the outer peripheral edge of the base body 11 having the flow outlet 122 of the recessed groove 12 or to be on the outer side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
