PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the mating immunological active substance quickly with high sensitivity by using a measuring reagent containing an enzyme polymer labelled with immunological active substance prepared through the chemical decoration of immunological active substance applied to the enzyme polymer which is obtained by subjecting enzyme monomers expressed by a specific equation to a radical polymerization. ;SOLUTION: An enzyme polymer is obtained by subjecting enzyme monomers expressed by the equation E-[(V)k-(X)m-R1]n to a radical polymerization, and a chemical decoration of an immunological active substance is applied to this enzyme polymer so that a labelled enzyme polymer is provided, and this is contained in the measuring reagent as object of the present invention. In the equation, E is residual radical of enzyme, R1 is polymerizing radical capable of radical polymerization, X is two-valent residual radical, (m) is 0 or 1, Y is two-valent residual radical, (k) is 0 or 1, and (n) is number one or greater. A specimen containing the immunological active substance as object to be analyzed is contacted with the prepared measuring reagent, and the substance to be analyzed in the specimen is left to an antigen-antibody reaction with the labelled enzyme polymer in the reagent, and then the product from reaction is measured by the use of the activeness of the enzyme.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
