METHOD OF BONDING OUTER LEAD-OUT WIRE FOR ALUMINUM ELECTROLYTE CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of bonding an outer lead-out wire of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, wherein a hole can be accurately bored in an aluminum wire round bar necessary for bonding the lead-out wire, and the outer lead-out wire can be protected against malformation caused by boring. ;SOLUTION: An aluminum wire round bar 12 is fixed by a chuck 11, the tip face of a stripper 14 is made to confront the end face of the aluminum wire round bar 12, and then a curbing guide 15 is moved so as to cover the aluminum wire round bar 12 and to come into contact with the end face of the chuck 11, whereby the outer peripheries of the bored part 12a of the aluminum wire round bar 12 and the stripper 14 are curbed. In this state, a hole 16 is bored in the end face of the aluminum wire round bar 12 by a boring punch 13 provided so as to slide on the inner circumferential surface of the stripper 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
