PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to enhance workability by providing holes aligned with holes in a concrete structure in a plastic sheet reinforced with fiber meshes where fibers are laid out crosswise and pasting the plastic sheet on the structure. ;SOLUTION: For example, a plastic sheet 14 is reinforced by burying fiber meshes in which carbon fibers are crosswise laid out in an epoxy-based mesh resin. In this case, a hole 16 aligned with a hole 12 in a concrete structure 10 is provided in the sheet 14 where the surface of the structure 10 is coated with an epoxy-based primer. Furthermore, an epoxy-based bonding agent is applied thereto and the holes 16 in the plastic sheet 14 is aligned with the hole 12 in the concrete structure, thereby pasting the sheet 14 on the structure 10. In addition to the peripheral edge of the hole 12, for example, if the concrete structure 10 is a beam of a building, the plastic sheet 14 is folded in a U-shape and is laid out so as to surround the beam, thereby reinforcing the sheet 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
