PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the deformation of supporting matter used at the time of plating of a substrate for magnetic disks, etc., by heating, the deterioration of its properties by immersion in chemicals, the surface roughening by friction, the surface defect to deteriorate the substrate characteristics based on flawing by contact with the substrate, etc. ;SOLUTION: The material of a substrate plating jig 1 for magnetic disks is formed of a copolymer of fluorine rubber and fluororesin. The pitch of annular grooves is specified to about 7.5 to 10mm. The peripheral surface of the supporting shaft of a peak material of the jig for plating of a pin type is provided with a pin of a copolymer composed of the fluorine rubber and the fluororesin thereon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
