BENDING METHOD OF ANGLE STEEL AND JIG USED FOR BENDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend the angle steel to a prescribed shape and to provide it for a segment part of tunnel covering, etc. ;SOLUTION: A forming roll 11 formed with a V shaped guide groove 11c on its peripheral face is mounted to a rotary shaft 21 of a bender. Also, a mouth piece 33 formed with V shaped groove 33c is mounted to a holding fitting 31 which turns along the peripheral face 11a of a forming roll 11. At this state, two angle steels L, L are clamped while assembling in tubular and one of outer faces is press-fixed to the guide groove 11c and the other face to the groove 33c respectively, successively, the angle steels L, L are fed in the longitudinal direction by rotation of the forming roll 11, at a state rotation the angle steels L, L are restricted while maintaining clamping, the holding fitting 31 is turned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
