PURPOSE: To easily install a renovated mullion without welding even if a cave is brought after an existing mullion has been removed. CONSTITUTION: After a mullion of an existing continuous window has been removed, an existing frame side fixing part 17 of a mullion-fixing tool 15 is fixed with screws on the existing upper and lower frames 3 and the upper and lower ends of a redecorating mullion are fixed with screws to the mullion side-fixing part 16 of the mullion-fixing tool 15 respectively. Since the existing frame side-fixing part 17 is formed to have a larger width than the aspect width of the existing mullion, even if a cave is brought in the removed part of the existing mullion, the mullion-fixing tool can be fixed with screws on the existing upper and lower frames 3 by avoiding the cave and also the renovated mullion 10 fixed to the fixing tool 15 with screws can be securely and easily attached.
