PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of systematizing a series of seedling raising operations of various plant seeds including paddy rice comprising movement of nursery boxes from loading operations to a germinating chamber, movement from the germinating chamber to a nursery house and nursery box arranging operations and remarkably improving the efficiency of the seedling raising operations. SOLUTION: This system for conveying nursery boxes 5 is capable of conveying the nursery boxes 5 sowed with various plant seeds, e.g. seeds of paddy rice. The system is further capable of carrying out the nursery boxes 5, sowed with the seeds such as paddy rice and fed in a state loaded on a pallet 6 for exclusive use from a nursery box feeder with a fork lift 7, moving the nursery boxes 5 onto plural connected trucks, housed in a germinating chamber 8 and mutually connected for each seeding date and loading the nursery boxes 5 in each stacked state in plural stages thereonto, germinating the seeds such as paddy rice sowed in the respective nursery boxes 5 in the germinating chamber 8, then pulling the mutually connected plural trucks loaded with the pallets 6 for exclusive use from the germinating chamber 8 to a nursery house and performing nursery box arranging operations for each pallet 6 for exclusive use loaded with the nursery boxes 5 in the nursery house.
