URETHANE THERMAL INSULATING VENT LAYER CONSTRUCTION METHOD TO BE SPRAYED TO NET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate the need for a double structure for rafters and the use of veneer plywood to be sprayed and hold a thermal insulating vent layer by pasting a fine-meshed net inside the rafters and spraying urethane. ;SOLUTION: When constructing a house, a fine-meshed net 2 is pasted and fixed inside rafters 1 mounted on a roof area. Then, a urethane 3 is sprayed to the pasted net 2 and a thermal insulating vent layer 5, which is as wide as the rafters 1, is formed between the urethane fixed with the net 2 and a roof board 4. A proper mesh size of the net 2 is such that a small amount of urethane may pass freely through the meshes when it is sprayed and work as a bonding agent deposited on the rafters 1. This construction eliminates the need for a double layer for the rafters 1 in the roof area and the application of veneer plywood so as to spray the urethane 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
