SEGREGATION AND SEPARATE WASTE TREATING METHOD OF SYNTHETIC RESIN COATED PIPE AND TREATING DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize easy and safe working and reduce disposal space and cost by a method wherein a synthetic resin coated pipe, which is corrugated by gear-wheel type gear rolls, is flattened by flattening rolls and a coated layer is slitted by a separating roll pair acting as a cutter so as to separate coating. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin coated pipe 1 is pressed by gear-wheel type gear rolls 2 and further crushed by flattening rolls 3 into a flat plate form so as to reduce its volume and, at the same time, almost flatten its surface in order to be fed to roll cutters 4 under the condition that the easily separable state of a coating layer is produced. In the separating roll pair 4, at least either one of the upper and lower rolls is set to be a cutter and the upper roll is pressurized downwards with a spring 44. The synthetic resin coated pipe 1 flattened with the flattening rolls 3 is pushed by the flattening rolls in between the upper and lower roll cutters or the roll cutter and the plain roll of the separating roll pair 4 so as to slit the coating layer with peripheral cutting blades in order to separate the coating layer from the metal pipe.
