PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate judgement of false entries by a method wherein a fluorescent coloring carbon layer is applied on the surface of a form paper, on the surface of which characters are displayed by means of the pressure of a pen applied from above. ;SOLUTION: When numerals and characters are written with a ball point pen or the like on the surface of the writing form paper 2 of a form 1a most suitably used as a receipt, the color forming capsules in a color former layer (x) are destructed by means of the pressure of a pen, resulting in reacting with the developer in the developing layer (y) of a plucking form paper 3 so as to color. By applying ultraviolet rays on the rear surface of the writing form paper 2, reversed transferring characters can be visually observed. As a result, when the transferred numeral consisting of the developing layer (y) and the fluorescent coloring carbons (v), which are transferringly adhered under reversed state to the under surface of the form just above coincides with the character (or numeral) written on the writing form paper 2 on the front and rear sides, the entry is judged to be fair.
