PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly weld and fix a wire made of precious metal materials to a base material made of base materials by means of overlap resistance welding. ;SOLUTION: Base material supply unit 1 for contact points/connection members continuously supplies a band-shaped base material 2 for contact points/ connection members made of a base metal material with its spring characteristics. A wire supply unit 17 for contact points/connection members continuously supplies a wire rod 18 for contact points/connection members made of precious metal materials. A welding unit 25, while pressing a wire 18 between a mother rotation electrode 26 and a variable rotation roller electrode 28 arranged upward in the welding position, disperses and bonds the wire rod 18 by welding it ON between both electrodes, and welds the wire rod 18 at the specified position of the top or bottom face of the base material 2.
