PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a romantic art capable of exhibiting the novel expression entirely different from the expression of ordinary arts under a special condition by providing the romantic art with a main body inclusive of a specially coated surface at least partially coated with a UV light emitting coating material on a surface subjected to a surface prepn. and installing the main body into a case having a UV light emitting device. ;SOLUTION: This romantic art used as an interior ornament is formed by installing an image body 1 onto a bed 2 and putting a transparent cover thereon from above to make the inside visible. A surface preparing agent 12 is applied as a surface preparation over the entire part of the surface of the image body 1 and a white coating material 14 which appears black under UV rays and white under visible rays is applied thereon to form a first coated surface 15. Fluorescent color agents 16 which are the UV light emitting coating materials are applied on the first coated surface 15 with various colors at the point necessary for light emission color effects. Further, a protective agent 17 is applied thereon. The colors or pictures drawn on the image may be enjoyed in two kinds of the forms produced by the visible rays and the UV rays.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
