PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce a total quantity of washing water required for washing. ;SOLUTION: A cover 4 is arranged in such a manner to reciprocate between a closing position where the tip part of a ozzle 3 is covered and a release position. During non-washing, the cover is moved to a closing position under the own weight of the cover 4 and during washing, it is moved backward to a release position through an injection pressure of a washing water through the nozzle 3. The cover 4 is rotatably mounted on a support shaft 5 and rotated around the support shaft 5 for reciprocation.
