PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor device of a housing air conditioner system in which a drain pipe system can also be assembled in advance at the ex-works time of the device. SOLUTION: A housing device 2 is provided with a pillow member 43 having a height adjusting mechanism. One end of a drain wooden beam 42 is fixed to the pillow member 43, the other end of the drain wooden beam 42 is fixed to the housing device 2. A height of the pillow member is kept low by the height adjusting mechanism for the pillow member 43 when the device is shipped out of a factory so as to avoid a mutual interference of beams for transportation, curing plates or the like and the drain pipe system. A height of the pillow member 43 is increased at a site so as to cause the drain wooden pillow member 42 to have a desired gradient.
