PRESENT POSITION MANAGING SYSTEM AND ENTRANCE/EXIT JUDGING METHOD

PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce the time and labor of a clerk in charge, which is necessary until calling out at the time of calling out processing, by detecting which zone each user exists in even if he/she passes through without stopping at the time of entering/leaving each zone so as to always and accurately detect the present position of each user while reducing the burden of each user. ;CONSTITUTION: A wrist band 2 is delivered to a user entering a building by a receptionist and wound around his/her wrist. Thereby, until this user leaves the building, which zone 9 the user exists in, is always detected by means of an ID reader 4 and a manual ID reader 5 to manage the utilizing situation of each facility. Thus, at the time of calling out the user, a clerk in charge is sent to the zone 9, in which this user exists, to directly inform him/her of the calling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
