PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and simple weak electromagnetic wave radiation apparatus capable of recovering, activating the original functions or improving physical properties by radiating an appropriate dose of the weak electromagnetic waves. ;SOLUTION: The apparatus showing a principle that weak electromagnetic waves are generated by exposing very fine weak electromagnetic wave radiation material a with weak magnetism is capable of irradiating an object is provided. According to the apparatus, very fine weak electromagnetic waves can be radiated to the objects by putting a weak electromagnetic material on a weak magnetism generation mechanism b. By the radiation, recovery or activation of the tissue of the objects can be surely expected. When the object is man, recovery and activation of the organism, when the object is vegetable, activation and growth of the tissues is promoted.
