PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make base films hardly sticky to each other and make it possible to supply the film smoothly to a printing machine by forming both faces of the film with microunevenness and coarseness. ;SOLUTION: A microuneven and coarse face 2 is formed on both sides of a base film 1, and when forming such a face during molding, for example, a pair of forming rollers with an uneven face formed on the surface are forced into contact with each other at a mutually opposed position, then a base film material is held under pressure and transported and the uneven pattern of the roller is transferred and formed on the base film 1 by the pressure of the roller. When forming an uneven coarse face 2 after forming, a large number of fine scars are created on the surface of the base film 1 with a smooth face by blast processing or the surface of the base film 1 is etched by a chemical. Several space parts are created on the uneven coarse face formed between the base films 1 and consequently, the base films 1 are slippery over each other. Thus the base films 1 are prevented from sticking to each other when supplied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
