PURPOSE:To offer a clad metal sheet excellent in damping characteristic and easy to manufacture by composing the clad metal sheet by superposing two metal sheets in the same thickness and fastening them with specified fastening power by using plural rivets. CONSTITUTION:The metal sheet 10 in at least two sheets having about the same thickness are superposed and fastened by plural rivets. The max. damping power can be displayed within the range of 5-20kg fastening power per rivet. The effect can be taken by interposing numerous thin sheets 16 at =60% of the whole thickness between the metal sheets 10. The clad metal sheet excellent in damping characteristic is thus offered.
