PURPOSE:To provide the titled low toxic composition of high weatherability, useful as a building exterior coating, comprising, as the essential components, each specific polyisocyanate produced by thin film distillation and acrylpolyol. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising, as the essential components, (A) a polyisocyanate produced by reaction between (i) a polyesterpolyol with a number-average molecular weight of 400-1,500 and average number of the hydroxyl group in one molecule of 2-3, prepared from, as the essential components, an alkylenediol and/or alkylenedicarboxylic acid and (ii) an excess of a saturated hydrocarbon diisocyanate compound followed by thin film distillation of the resultant polyisocyanate to distill the unreacted saturated hydrocarbon diisocyanate compound off and (B) an acrylpolyol with a number-average molecular weight of 4,000-30,000 and hydroxyl value of 20-200.
