PURPOSE: To create a new third space interposed between the outside and a house which produces a good sense of seasons while keeping the environment comfortable, and can provide a feeling of with the nature. ;CONSTITUTION: Accomodation buildings 5, 6 different in height are disposed at a space therebetween to take the space as a garden space 8 with trees, and a roof 9 is extended over the garden space 8 in such a manner as to connect the vicinities of the roof tops of the accomodation buildings 5, 6 to each other to form an atrium.
