PURPOSE:To reduce shrinkage after molding and after annealing by using a flexible vinyl chloride resin composition composed of a vinyl chloride polymer, a needle or plate-shaped filler and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A flexible vinyl chloride resin composition composed of 100pts. wt. of a vinyl chloride polymer having 450 - 700 average polymerization degree, 10 - 100pts.wt. of a needle or plate-shaped filler and 10 - 80pts.wt. of a plasticizer is used. As for the needle-shaped filler, for example, a needle-shaped crystallized substance such as calcium silicate or basic magnesium sulfate for the like is used, and as for the plate-shaped filler, talc, mica or the like is used. For the plasticizer, dioctylphthalate, dibutylphthalate or the like is used. Thus, shrinkage factor after molding and shrinkage factor after annealing of an injection molded product or the like can be minimized.
