a resistor wire has two windings connected together plywood (2; 3) with different temperature coefficients.when the electrical resistance of the resistor wire is determined only by the values of resistance of the two coils (2, 3).in a process for the manufacture of the resistor wire length of the wire to a first coil (2) of the resistor wire is calculated by using the length of rewind wiremeasured values of resistance of the resistor as well as measured in wire wrapped previously.while the length of the wire to a second coil (3) of the resistor wire to rewind is determined with the use of both lengths of wire are measured of the two coils (2, 3)as well as the strength values measured in the resistor wire previously wrapped.because they are eliminated completely the resistors over compensation, the resistor wire is constructible in a cost-effective manner with regard to the assembly.moreover, can be manufactured with cheap cost.
