The subject of the present invention is a lift system for watercraft, especially for competition, for converting the sliding friction encountered by the moving craft into rolling friction. The said system presents the feature of including at least one supporting element projecting from the bottom of the craft and supporting an idly rotating discoidal element mounted so as to come into contact with the water.
