The antenna (1) combines the position-diversity and angle-diversity operation criteria. Thanks to such combination, the antenna gain (G) has maxima already when the distance (d) between the antenna elements (5) is comparable with the operation wavelength (λ) or with a fraction of that wavelength. The preferred application concerns micro-cell or pico-cell mobile radio communications systems operating in urban environment.
