The present invention particularly relates to an external appearance surgical apparatus for forming blood vessel flesh or embolism. Typically, the present invention is a coil spirally wound in such a manner as to have a longitudinal axis or a focal axis which are placed in multiple axes. Another important aspect of the present invention is the presence of a small diameter secondary winding body adjacent to a large diameter coil winding body. The device is sufficiently flexible and small that it can be delivered to sites within the vasculature of the human body using indenters and catheters. The device is generally linear in the catheter, but is released from the distal end of the catheter tube and then relaxed to form a multi-focus configuration. The coils of the present invention can be discharged from the indenter using various mechanical connecting means. Similarly, a sacrificial joint may be used to attach the coil to the indentor, which dissolves when a small amount of voltage is applied to the human body.
