SEPARATION METHOD OF PROTEINS BY USING AOT/ISSOCTANE REVERSE MICELLE SYSTEM

摘要

This invention provides continuous separation of desired protein from protein mixtures using AOT/isootane reverse micelle systems. Reverse micelle system comprised of AOT, i.e., anionic surfactant and isootane is used instead of generally used extraction solvent in this type of separation. So, extracted proteins are dissolved in said micelle systems, and separated one another. Reverse micelle system is spherical agglomerate formed by surfactant in non-polar solvent, whose hydrophilic elements are toward outside.
