SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the synthesis of difficultly soluble salts of carboxylic acids, amines and amino acids of the formula (I) at the definite radical values. These compounds were prepared by addition of triethylamine to the corresponding carboxylic acid aqueous or spirituous suspension followed by interaction of the obtained water-soluble complex with an aqueous or spirituous solution of mineral salt or the corresponding amine or amino acid. The end product obtained by crystallization is washed off with water. Synthesized compounds were used in medicine, chemistry and agriculture. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 1 tbl
