FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves reaction of isotope change between hydrogen atoms, the corresponding aliphatic chloroacid with gaseous tritium in the presence of catalyst as 10% Pd/C at 135-165 C for 15-25 min at ratio catalyst : substance = (4.5-5.0):1 ng/mg. If necessary, chlorine in the synthesized tritium-labeled chloroacid can be replaced for other halides. For this compound is heated with the corresponding sodium haloidide at 70-80 C for 25-35 min in acetone at ratio chloroacid : sodium haloidide : acetone = (2.0-2.5):(30-35):500 mcmole/mcmole/mcl. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
