The glass tube limbs (9) are fixed on the base plate (2) by adhesive (8). The space sections (11) are defined by the edge (3) and the arcs (5) of two openings (4), and a slit (7) between the ribs is formed forming a rib pair, for the guiding of the adhesive in the direction of the two adjacent tube limbs. The ribs which form the rib pairs are convergent in the direction to the tube limbs. The slit widens between those ends of the ribs forming the rib pairs, which are nearer to the tube limbs. The smallest width of the slit amounts to at least 1 mm.
