Bicmos - multiplexer and logic gates with differential - inputs and differential - outputs, and a device using the adder

A BiCMOS circuit is shown which comprises four pass gates, a first and a second bipolar transistor and a first and second FET. The second electrodes of the first and second pass gates are coupled to the gate electrodes of the first bipolar transistor and the first FET. The second electrodes of the third and fourth pass gate are connected to the gate electrodes of the second bipolar transistor and the second FET. The circuit can be used as a multiplexer or as a logic gate.
