The rucksack has a horizontal strip (13) extending across the width of its back surface (6). The vertical edges of the strip and the central part (15) of its lower edge are fixed to the bag. The skis pass through slots (16) on either side of the central part. The skis are held by two cords (19) which are fixed to the base of the bag and are then passed through rings (22). Their upper ends are fixed together by two feet (23) that are joined by strips of hooked pile fasteners. The length of the cords are adjusted by autoblocking rings (24).
