PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the quality of the spinning oil in the melt-extrusion spinning process, uniformly applying the spinning oil to the yarn and improve the spinning operability with filament or yarn breakage reduced. ;SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polymer is molten, the molten thermoplastic polymer is extruded out from the spinneret to form a yarn and the yarn is treated with a spinning oil and taken up around a winder. When the spinning oil is applied to the yarn, the oil application temperature is set lower than the ambient one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
