PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object-oriented system for satisfactory client-server session web access by constituting the system of a client computer and a server computer for transmitting a client computer code segment. ;SOLUTION: The client computer collects information on the client computer and executes a client computer application in contact with a server computer through the user of a network. The server computer certifies the client computer, starts communication and sends a client computer code segment for facilitating communication between computers.
