PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-slice interpolated image for generating a medical slice image, with which high-speed processing is enabled and an artifact hardly occurs, by binarizing a slice image and preparing the binarized slice interpolated image based on the (y) coordinate fixed (x) direction scan and (x) coordinate fixed (y) direction scan of respective binary images. ;SOLUTION: A slice image scanning part 28 scans the slice image inputted from an input part 23 and binarized by a binarizing processing part 25 in the (x) and (y) directions and detects the start point and end point of data value '1' at respective (y) and (x) coordinate values. A start/end point interpolating part 29 operates the start point and end point of data value '1' at the respective (x) and (y) coordinate values of inter-slice interpolated image by performing interpolation while using the start point and end point of data value '1' at the respective (x) and (y) coordinate values of upper and lower slice images and a distance ratio with the inter-slice interpolated image.
