PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve security and also to give high convenience to a user by deciding whether corresponding physical information data agrees to identification information that is assigned to a collating physical information inputting means in registered physical information data. ;SOLUTION: Finger information data is inputted by placing a finger which is the same with the one that is registered on an electrode part of a sensor part of a door key finger collating terminal 104 that is arranged on a door or on a wall around it of a room number X. The inputted data is transferred together with the room number to a central control unit 103, and a finger collation deciding part 110 of the unit 103 collates it with 1st finger information data which is associated with the room number and registered in a storage device 109. The 1st finger information data that corresponds to the room number X in the device 109 is read and collated with the finger information data which is an object to be collated. When it is decided as the same person, the unit 103 transmits a prescribed signal to a key through a door key finger collating terminal 104 of a corresponding room number and unlocks a key.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
