PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple discrimination kit high in effectiveness and useful for the estimation of treatment effect. ;SOLUTION: An immunoassay kit for estimating the treatment effect of chronic hepatitis C by a drug beforehand contains peptide having amino acid sequence consisting of at least five continuous amino acids constituting protein of a non-structure region 4A(NS4A) of human C-type hepatitis virus(HCV) and peptide having amino acid sequence consisting of at least five continuous amino acids constituting protein of a non-structure region 4B(NS4B) of HCV.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
