PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can determine a trace amount of oxolinic acid in biological samples (blood or tissues) in fishes and shells with high sensitivity and reproducibility. ;SOLUTION: The oxolinic acid in biological samples of fishes or shells is determined by the enzyme immunoassay using the monoclonal antibody or polyclonal antibody which is produced by using oxolinic acid as an immunological antigen. The oxolinic acid is chemically immobilized to the measurement instrument and determined by the surface plasmon resonance technique using the monoclonal antibody or polyclonal antibody bonding to the oxolinic acid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
