OIL DRAIN FOR TEMPURA POT AND TEMPURA POT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an oil splash puffer be used for a general pan to improve practical performance, by equipping an engaging part to hold an oil splash buffer in a standing condition to an oil drain equipped in a way to bridge onto an upper opening part of a tempura pot. ;SOLUTION: An oil drain 2 is dridged on an upper opening part of this tempura pot 1 into a form not to clock the upper opening part of the tempura pot so as not to disturb work of putting tempura, etc., in-out oil. The oil cutter 2 is equipped with hanging engaging parts 5 on several points on the periphery to hang and engage with the periphery of the upper opening part, and engaging parts 4 are almost perpendicularly protruded on several positions on the periphery of the oil cutter slightly inside of the upper opening part periphery of the tempura pot 1. The engaging parts 4 are constituted to put outer wires 4a formed in U-shapes in outside so as to stably support an oil splash buffer 3 and to put inner wires 4b with upper end bent inward in inside so as to smoothly insert the oil splash buffer 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
