PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the deterioration in heat-insulating properties, and to eliminate the need for the finishing works for putty, etc. by preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape by arranging a tacky material layer on the surface of a sheet-shaped base material having heat-insulating properties and disposing an interior finishing material on the foundation material of a building through the tape. ;SOLUTION: Release paper on one sides of double-side adhesive tapes 3 is peeled, and stuck on a foundation material 2 at intervals. The interior finishing material 1 of a gypsum board is arranged on a tacky material layer exposed by also removing other release paper. A finishing material such as wall paper, cloth, etc., is stuck on the surface of the interior finishing material 1. The interior finishing material 1 is pasted on the foundation material 2 of a building through the double-side adhesive tapes 3 at that time, and the finishing works of putty in the exposed head secions of nails, etc., are unnecessitated. The tacky material layers are formed on the surfaces of sheet-shaped base materials having heat-insulating properties in the double-side adhesive tapes 3, and the interior finishing material 1 is pasted on the foundation material 2 through the tapes 3. Accordingly, heat-insualting properties are ensured, clearances are formed between the interior finishing material 1 and the foundation material 2, and a heat-insulating effect can be further improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
