PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a quick and low-cost distribution of a large volume of information to electronic mail holders by providing in a resume form an E-mail column and a column for numbers for PHS, FAX and mobile phone and inserting @ (at-mark) in the E-mail column. ;SOLUTION: A format of a resume form is written such that an E-mail column 9 and a column 10 for numbers for mobile phone, PHS, FAX and other communication means are included therein by using a software of a personal computer, and a @ (at-mark) is inserted in the E-mail column 9. Not only does this allow reduction in mailing expenditures at a company but also help distribute a large volume of information to electronic mail holders quickly and securely, thereby making it possible to reduce loads on time, labour and cost that have been encountered in communications by mail and telephone between a company and applicants when the company tries to employ employees.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
