DECOMPOSITION ACCELERATING AGENT FOR ORGANIC WASTE AND METHOD FOR DECOMPOSITION PROCESSING THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform decomposition processing of org. waste by using a decomposition accelerating agent consisting of any compd. of ammonium phosphate, diammonium hydrogenphosphate and ammonium dihydrogenphosphate when org. waste is decomposed by acerobic fermentation of the microorganism. SOLUTION: When org. waste such as raw refuse discharge from restaurants, etc., is aerobically processed by fermentation decomposition with microorganism, a decomposition accelerating agent consisting of any compd. of ammonium phosphate, diammonium hydrogenphosphate and ammonium dihydrogenphosphate or their hydrates is incorporated in the org. waste. When such decomposition accelerating agents as these are used, ammonium phosphate, etc., are dissolved and feeding of nitrogen is easily performed to accelerate decomposition processing of the org. waste. In addition, although acidic substances such as org. acids are partly formed, as the decomposition accelerating agents have buffering action, it is possible to prevent activity of the microorganism from decreasing caused by acidification and to prevent bad smell due to the acidic substances from occurring.
