PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating and driving apparatus of a stirring body which has a simplified structure, is miniaturized and economically installed, and can reliably rotate on the upper circumference of a precipitation tank. ;SOLUTION: Being provided with running rollers 41, 42 engaged with a rail 12 of a precipitation tank 1, an installation stand 4 is installed and made possible to rotate on an upper circumferential end of the precipitation tank along the rail 12, a driving roller 5 and a subsequently driven roller 6 made of a rubber are elastically installed in the inside and outside of the precipitation tank 1 while sandwiching an upper end wall circumferential plate 120 of the precipitation tank 1, these rollers 5, 6 are installed in the installation stand 4 as to rotate horizontally, the driving roller 5 is arranged in the front position of the subsequently driven roller 6 and at the same tie, the driving roller 5 is joined to a rotary axis 71 of a motor 7 set on the installation stand 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
