PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is not affected by temperature change and capable of continuous, stable data recording by placing a temperature sensor in the vicinity of the driving device driving the laser light generating means, recording the detection of a specified temperature caused by the detector, reproducing the data, measuring the error rate or the S/N ratio and fixing it in the recording condition. ;SOLUTION: A laser controlling circuit 13 is composed from a light emission controlling circuit 13, a monitor light detecting circuit 42, a light emission error generating circuit 43, a deviating circuit 44, a laser driving circuit 45, and a temperature detecting circuit, 46. The temperature detecting circuit 46 detects the temperature change near the emitted light error signal generating circuit 43 to supply the detection signal to the CPU 30 to cause the CPU 30 to fix the recording condition. Emitted light controlling circuit 41 establishes light emission in accordance with the switching signal from the CPU 30. The light emission error signal generating circuit 43 impresses the voltage value according to the quantity of light emission established by the light emission control circuit 41 on the laser driving circuit 45.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
